At Meridge, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Size, Fit or Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept returns when:

  • The size or fit is unsuitable
  • You changed your mind
  • You are not satisfied with the item

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.

For these returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the item’s purchase price.
  • Approved returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange only.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide the approved return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

For approved claims:

  • No restocking fee applies.
  • Meridge will cover return shipping when a return is required.
  • You may choose a full refund to the original payment method or a replacement.
  • In some cases, a return may not be required.

Processing Time

Store credit, exchanges and refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is delivered and inspected, or after an approved returnless claim is confirmed.

Meridge reserves the right to reject items that do not meet the return conditions stated above.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes after the order is placed, provided fulfillment has not already begun.

After this cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped or modified.

Return Address

Please do not send returns to our business address without authorization.

Approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided in your return instructions. Return locations may vary depending on the item and fulfillment location.
